Values-Based Recruitment
At UC Irvine, we host Values-Based Recruitment. In doing so, Potential New Members, or PNMs, can align their personal values with the core values of each chapter. This helps create a stronger connection between women in each chapter and further gives PNMs a chance to have meaningful conversations during recruitment. We encourage PNMs to find a chapter whose values are similar to their own and they do this through the conversations they have with girls as they go through the process. Recruitment is such an exciting time and we hope that PNMs will find their home away from home!

A Letter from the Panhellenic Recruitment Team
Hi PNM!
We’re so excited to meet you during recruitment. As your Panhellenic Recruitment Team, we have a few pieces of advice and sentiments to share about the recruitment process. Recruitment is a super exciting time, and can be emotionally draining, but we want everyone to enjoy the experience! Remember that at the end of the day, you’re finding your home away from home–so have fun doing it. We all can say that keeping an open mind and staying true to yourself are ultimately what will help you find the chapter you feel most at home in. Making an effort to really get to know the women you meet during recruitment and remembering that chapters are really excited to meet you will help you feel more centered and connected.
Whether you’re already committed or you’re on the fence about Panhellenic recruitment, we would love to see you come out and give it a try! You never know what might happen, you could meet some amazing new people that will make your college experience and beyond even better.
With Panhellenic Love,
The Recruitment Team <3
